■ About Returns
Customers wishing to return an item, please contact us by email in advance via the Contact page on the ERADIE official website.

If you use the enclosed Sagawa Express shipping label,
we will cover the return shipping costs.
*Please arrange for pickup yourself.

■ Cases where returns cannot be accepted
Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases.

・Products with missing accessories or tags (including disadvantage tags)
・Products where 7 days or more have passed since their arrival
・Products that have been worn, altered, or cleaned
・Products that have been stained or damaged by the customer
・Products with other fibers attached (including animal hair, fibers, dust, perfume scent, etc.)

*Please note that pre-order items are not eligible for this fair.

*Please return the item within 5 days after contacting us.

■ Return Procedure
Please return the product using the enclosed Sagawa Express shipping label.
If using other methods, please return it at your own expense.

After confirming receipt of the product, we will process the refund.
The refund will only be for the "product price (tax included)".
For bank transfers, the refund will be processed after deducting the transfer fee.
